Thank you for considering Display Champ for your event. We make premium display cases and trophies for the biggest names in sport. We treat every order, from a dozen trophies for a local club to hundreds of cases for professional leagues, with the same care. This page explains our processes and what you can expect when partnering with us.

HOW YOUR ORDER WORKS

TELL US WHAT YOU NEED

Share the product you are interested in, your required quantity, any personalisation or branding, your preferred delivery date and destination. Don’t worry if every detail is not confirmed yet — send us what you know and our team will help shape the right solution.

RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE

We aim to send a fully itemised quote within one working day, including unit prices, production lead time and delivery costs. Pricing is tailored to your product specifications, quantities and required timescale.

CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

Once you are happy with the quote, we will confirm the final specification, artwork and delivery requirements with you. We can also accommodate purchase orders, supplier registration and other procurement requirements where needed.

SECURE PRODUCTION SLOT

As every order is custom, payment is normally required before production begins. We accept all major cards and bank transfer, and will provide everything your accounts team needs to process the order.

APPROVE YOUR PROOF

You will receive a digital proof showing exactly how your finished product will look before anything is made. Any required amendments can be made at this stage, and production will only begin once you are completely happy and have approved the design

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Your order will be carefully produced, quality-checked and securely packaged by our team. Once dispatched, we will provide tracking details so you can follow the delivery from our workshop to its destination.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER

Depending on what you've ordered, we would provide the display cases, bases, engravings, printed backgrounds, logos and branded packaging, plus fixed ball stands inside any display case.
All our display cases are removable from their bases. This allows our customers to add their own balls or memorabilia. We do not directly supply these items unless we have specified we can during the order process.
We can include gift packaging or bespoke co-branded packaging with adequate leads times. We confirm availability and minimum quantities before quoting for this.

Artwork guidelines

Logos: For the sharpest printing results vector files including SVG, EPS or Illustrator files are preferred. PDFs and transparent PNGs at high resolution are also accepted.
Photographs: Please send the highest resolution imagery you have available. Stills pulled from video look sharp on screen but print blurry.
CUSTOM TEXT: Printed or engraved text capacity varies by product and design. As a guide, many of our display cases look best with up to 4 short lines.

Priority service

Working to an event date?

Tell us the date your order needs to arrive, rather than simply the date of the event. For urgent projects, we frequently offer priority production and express delivery. Priority orders incur a supplementary rush fee and work to a tighter schedule, so we may need your artwork, order confirmation and proof approval quicker than normal. We will explain each deadline clearly and keep you informed throughout.
