1. Warranty Coverage

All Display Champ products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

2. What Our Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues such as faulty construction, improper assembly, or material flaws.
  • Materials: Defects in the acrylic, UV protection, or other components used in our display cases.
  • Craftsmanship: Any issues related to the assembly or finishing of the product.

3. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, scuffs, or discoloration due to everyday use or aging.
  • Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or impact.
  • Improper Use or Assembly: Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, misuse, or failure to follow the product care instructions.
  • Modifications: Alterations or modifications to the product that were not performed by Display Champ.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@displaychamp.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos to help us assess the issue.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either repair the defective product, provide a replacement, or offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Product Replacement

In the event of a product replacement, the warranty will continue from the original date of purchase. The replacement product will not extend the warranty period.

6. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Display Champ or authorized retailers. It is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
