Can I purchase in bulk for events or corporate gifts?

Absolutely. We offer bulk purchasing options for events, corporate gifts, and special orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and pricing.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We completely understand that sometimes plans change.

For non-engraved items, you can cancel or amend your order as long as it hasn’t shipped.

Because our personalised products are bespoke and made to order, we’re unable to cancel or make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your details carefully before confirming, as we can’t offer refunds or returns for errors caused by incorrect information.

If you’ve spotted a mistake, don’t worry—reach out to us at hello@displaychamp.com. While we can’t update your order, we may be able to offer reprints at a reduced cost. And just a quick reminder: personalised content must follow copyright laws and be free of offensive material. Thanks for understanding!

How long does it take to receive my order?

For non-engraved products, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days.

For engraved items, which require additional time due to the customisation process, we aim to dispatch within 5 working days.

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected delivery option.

We’ll keep you updated with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I customise my display product?

Yes, we offer customisation options for many of our products. These options are detailed on each product page, as they may vary by item.

When placing your order, you can select the customisation features available, allowing you to personalise your product to perfectly suit your memorabilia

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What are my shipping options?

We’ve partnered with a premium courier, Royal Mail, to ensure your delivery aligns with the high standards of our brand. Once your item is made, we offer the following shipping options:

UK:
Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

US & EU:
Royal Mail International Tracked
EU is typically delivered within 3-5 working days
USA and Rest of World is usually delivered within 5-7 days.

Please Note: We are not responsible for customs & duties.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, in addition to the UK we ship to major countries all over the world.

Please note: Shipping charges apply, duties & customs charges are at the buyers responsibility and not included in the shipping price.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a non-customised item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it's in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that customised items, such as engraved display cases, are non-returnable due to their personalised nature. However, if your customised item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

 What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please contact our customer service team within 72 hours with details and photos of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We take great care in our packaging, but if any damage occurs in transit, we’ll make sure it’s put right.

Can I return an engraved item?

As each engraved item is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns on these personalised products.

However, if your engraved item arrives damaged or with any faults, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or resolve the issue to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Do you offer cases for other types of sports memorabilia?

While our main focus is currently on golf memorabilia, we are expanding our product line in early 2025. If you have a specific request, let us know, and we may be able to accommodate it or offer recommendations.

How do I care for and clean my acrylic display case?

To keep your acrylic display case looking its best, we recommend cleaning it gently with a soft, microfiber cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.

Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can scratch or damage the acrylic. For any smudges, a mild soap and water solution can be used, but make sure to dry it immediately with a clean, soft cloth.

Keeping your case out of direct sunlight will also help prevent any discolouration over time.

Are your display cases UV-protected?

Yes, our display cases include UV protection to shield your memorabilia from harmful sunlight and prevent fading over time. Check each product description to see specific details on UV protection.

Can I customise my display?

We offer several customisation options, including engravings to make your display uniquely yours. For special custom requests, please contact our team to discuss your vision.

Are there any limitations on engraving?

Our engraving service allows you to add a personal note onto many of our products.

The type of engraving on each product will vary.

We are currently unable to engrave emojis or icons of any type.

We will not process requests that feature profanities or hate speech.

Are your display cases suitable for signed memorabilia?

Yes, our display cases are perfect for signed memorabilia. They provide protection from dust, UV light, and other environmental factors that could damage or fade the signatures over time.

What materials are used in your display cases?

Our display cases are made from high-quality, durable acrylic that offers crystal-clear visibility. The acrylic is UV-protected to ensure that your memorabilia remains in pristine condition.

Do you offer a Warranty?

All Display Champ products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

How do I assemble my product?

Most of our products arrive fully assembled, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable unboxing experience. For the few that don’t, clear and easy-to-follow instructions are included in the packaging to guide you.
